46th Annual BC Mine Reclamation Symposium
The BC Technical and Research Committee on Reclamation presents the Call for Papers for our 2023 Symposium in Prince George, BC with a confirmed field tour to the Gibraltar Copper Mine in Williams Lake, BC.
The 46th Annual Mine Reclamation Symposium (September 18th to 21st, 2023) in Prince George, BC, invites authors to submit written papers for oral presentation that address a wide range of reclamation practices including planning, implementation, effectiveness monitoring, regulation, and/or Indigenous leadership and partnerships in reclamation. In addition, a special session on “Mine Reclamation and Climate Change” is planned, and we welcome submissions for this session.
The TRCR is also requesting proposals to present a full or half-day Technical Workshop at the Symposium on September 18th. Please submit potential workshop concepts to Trina Hoffarth at email@example.com by January 31st, 2023.
All paper submissions are welcome regardless of reclamation topic, as always. If you have any questions related to paper submissions please contact Lauchlan Fraser at (Lfraser@tru.ca ).
